Brownies hitam legam

Brownies yang aku wat hari tu..aku xtau la nak consider jadi ke tak..kak ngah aku cakap jadi n sedap..(memang sedap pun..tapi manis woh..sakit gigi aku makan)

letak recipe khas untuk cik jijah..heheh..kalu x jadi xtau k?brownies ni ade tekstur yang gooey...
takyah cakap banyak..nanti biar je la jijah test sendirik

550g plain chocolates (aku wat hari tu..separuh guna cooking choc separuh lagi dark choc yang contains 72% cocoa)
225g butter
3 eggs
30ml(2 tbsp) freshly made strong coffee
225g caster sugar
75g SRF
1/4 tsp salt
175g walnut;chopped (aku guna flake almonds)
1 tsp vanilla essence

butter hendaklah lembutkan secara natural..kuarkan siap2 1-2 jam b4 baking

- Grease and line baking tin..Guna baking sheets (aku x guna baking sheets..xda..bakar pun dalam casserole)
- chop half the choc and set aside.Melt the remaing choc with butter in heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water (double boiler; aku guna microwave :p).Leave to cool slightly
-Mix the eggs, coffee and sugar together until smooth,then gradually beat in the melted choc.Fold in the flour,salt,walnut,vanilla essence and chopped choc
-Pour into the prepared tin and bake at 190 degree Celcius for 40-45 minutes or until just firm.Leave to cool in the tin,then turn out.Trim off the edges and cut into squares.

Note: Do not overcook or the gooey texture will be ruined
